Stephen Homewood

Stephen Homewood is an Australian artist, born in Hughenden Queensland. Stephen has grown up in Mackay, Queensland, surrounded by the vibrant colours, native birds and animals which come through in his work from time to time.

Stephen Homewood is fascinated by Australian history and Australian animal extinction. Ned Kelly, the 1st Australian convicts and Trackers are a theme that he often explores in his work.

Stephen is a prolific painter. He is constantly working by doing daily studies and exploring new ideas and styles to expand his techniques.

Stephen has had exhibitions all over the world, including at Milton House Gallery.
